Ingredients:

  • 4 russet potatoes
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 can Woodward Chili, with beans
  • 8 oz shredde sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • chopped green onion

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Pierce skin of potatoes with fork
  3. Bake potatoes for 30 min, let cool slightly
  4. Cut each potato in half, then hollow out, leaving a ¼ “ boarder
  5. Place halves in appropriate baking dish/pan
  6. Fill each potato half with chili
  7. Top with cheese
  8. Bake for 12-14 min
  9. Top with sour cream and green onion
