Ingredients:
- 4 russet potatoes
- Salt & pepper
- 2 can Woodward Chili, with beans
- 8 oz shredde sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- chopped green onion
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Pierce skin of potatoes with fork
- Bake potatoes for 30 min, let cool slightly
- Cut each potato in half, then hollow out, leaving a ¼ “ boarder
- Place halves in appropriate baking dish/pan
- Fill each potato half with chili
- Top with cheese
- Bake for 12-14 min
- Top with sour cream and green onion
