Ingredients:
- 3 yellow bell peppers
- 3 red bell peppers
- 4 cans Woodward Chili, with beans
- ½ lb sharp cheddar cheese
- green onion and salsa for garnish
- 2 ea jalapeño, cut in thirds(optional)
Directions:
- preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- cut off tops of peppers, clean out seeds
- place peppers in 9” x 13” casserole dish
- divide chili between all peppers
- top each with cheese
- insert jalapeno into each pepper
- bake for 15-20 min, until hot
- garnish with green onion and salsa
