Ingredients:

  • 3 yellow bell peppers
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 4 cans Woodward Chili, with beans
  • ½ lb sharp cheddar cheese
  • green onion and salsa for garnish
  • 2 ea jalapeño, cut in thirds(optional)

Directions:

  1. preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. cut off tops of peppers, clean out seeds
  3. place peppers in 9” x 13” casserole dish
  4. divide chili between all peppers
  5. top each with cheese
  6. insert jalapeno into each pepper
  7. bake for 15-20 min, until hot
  8. garnish with green onion and salsa
